This sounds good, and it goes with Hubby's diet, so I might make that tomorrow night. He had quiche once before, but didn't like it because it was bland. Just eggs, and sausage; no cheese.

The quiche last night was a hit... hubby ate 3 pieces of it. He said it was good, a whole lot better than the last quiche he had.

Of course, he also thought quiche was a Jewish food. I had to tell him that its French, not Jewish.

I am really glad that he liked it so is your husband on the adkins diet? my husband has to be on a low carb diet for the rest of his life so I am on the new searching all the time for things to cook him.

No he's on step 2 of the South Beach diet. The first step has no carbs (breads, sugars, etc) at all, and it was rough the first couple days. But after his body got used to it, he said he was feeling alot better and he's lost weight. He's really proud of the fact that he can see his toes again, I said "Lucky you, I won't be able to see mine soon enough so don't rub it in." He laughed.

The second step has limited carbs, only one serving of carbs per day. Sometimes he slips on the weekends, but he blames me because I make such good food. Its always my fault.

Well with this disease that my husband has he is suppost to be on a low carb diet but he has to get at least 80 carbs per day no more than 150 because with this disease that he has he will loose muscle mass anyways and if he does not get 80 carbs per day then he will loose muscle that way. This is terrible we just found out that he has this I am so scared he has to be on kinda like a diabetic diet. Right now he is so weak that he can hardly even walk he should get better once he gets out of this attack called abortive attack but it requires rest or that is what I have been told so he is going to take short term dis. for 2 weeks and hopfully he will feel better but this job that he has he just started it 3 months ago I am so scared that he will loose it I don't work and we have three kids this is so scary.

That sounds terrible. I hope your husband doesn't lose his job. Hopefully the abortive attack will end soon & he'll get to feeling better again.

Thankyou so much just keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Whoa! This is really good stuff! I never knew bacon cheeseburger can be healthy too. And can fit my diet! I thought I would have to erase it from my diet for life. But there's hope and thanks for this one!
