Tonight we tried Cathy's recipe (hope she doesn't mind me posting it)

Balsamic Grilled Pork Chops
8 5 oz. boneless loin chops
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil (on the recipe I cut out it says in large letters CRISCO)
2 tbsp. honey
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients into a zip-lock bag mix well and allow to marinade 2 hours....

Grill the chops, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400° to 500°) 6 min.'s on each side or until done. Makes 8 servings

I sure do! I think his other (secret) job is as a photographer for Southern Living magazine or something :D The funny thing is I am anable to post photos from my home computer...so my daughter has to post them on some web-site for me so I can at least provide a link..shew-w-w- alot of mirickamarow if you ask me! It ought to be alot easier than that!!!

Than again....It may be a good thing I can't..my screen name would change from Chatty Cathy to Show & Tell Cathy :D You all would get sick of me posting photos!!!

LOL - but what is it that you are going to show and tell???????? LMAO!!!!
(I couldn't resist it - sorry..........)

Looks good Rick. Although I raised bees am not a big fan of honey - do the 2 T. of honey come through or can I use brown sugar?
