I am wondering...

Brook I will def. call you up! I think I am going to start with something simple as seasoned shrimp. I had these in California and they were called Shrimp Spring Rolls and were so light, crisp and delicious! They seem like they would be easy for a starter.

Thanks for the recipes and ideas one & all. IC I will give yours a try as well!

Sounds like a plan, Cathy. When you call, have your filling ready, and the wrappers in hand.

Just to make sure there's no confusion: Spring rolls, technically, are made with rice paper wrappers and usually are not fried. Rice paper is kind of difficult to work with, so make sure you get the egg roll skins for your first attempt.
