  • A little about me:
I am a chef in training; started going for a cooking degree in the winter of 2008-although it didnt start that way. started out with robotics, building underwater ROV's and competing in the MATE competitions. we would show off our projects every year at fair and get awards for essays ect. I have been homeschooled since 6 when i got adopted. went through the running start program third year into high school and at the end of high school I learned i wanted to Become a shef. I love cooking and have a great deal of passion for learning new things about it...and everything else lol. I am an upbeat person and everyone says I dont look/act my age but thats over rated. It use to be my dream to become an Iron Chef and maybe someday i will become one. Who knows? Anyways thats not everything but...it would make this way longer so yeah haha.
Welcome everyone...im still new on this myself so yeah enjoy and have fun!
School starts in a week and one day...sadly i will not be doing cooking classes because they want me to get academics outta the way...but i will be doing lots of cooking for dinner after i get back if im not busy wworking those days lol xp
i just learned the 8 way chicken cut today in class...i have a test this friday i have to pass for the 8 way chicken cut...hopefully i will be fine..seems easy enough! lots I cant wait to learn after I get out of the first three weeks of customer service....tomorrow we have a group of 30 people we have to serve all at once....i will be busy...and its only me and one other guy serving them all at the same time haha! should be interesting ...wish me luck with tomorrow and friday cuz I am gonna need it! but other than the long nights doing homework and waking up early and not enough sleep....school is enjoyable and i love the people there and i always feel at home there. <3
