BAKED MOZZARELLA STICKS
12 oz. mozzarella cheese (block) cut into sticks approximately 3 X 3/4-inches (you should have 12 sticks)
1/2 c. egg substitute or 2 large eggs
1 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 400* F. Spray 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray.
Whisk egg until frothy in medium-size bowl. Place bread crumbs and parsley on plate; mixing well.
Dip each cheese stick first into egg; roll in crumbs, pressing lightly. Arrange in single layer on baking sheets. Spray sticks lightly with cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Makes 12 sticks
