TENDERLOINS IN CREAM
6 pork tenderloin patties or pork cutlets
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 to 3 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. light cream
Sprinkle meat with flour; season. In large skillet, brown meat in hot shortening. Add cream, cover; simmer 40 minutes or until tender. Trim with parsley. Serves 6.
