We love our cast iron but also have a fairly large collection of All Clad. It is easy to use and cleans up quickly - like another thread that asks if you are picky about what you cook in different pans, I usually use cast iron for bacon, fried ham and fish but the All-Clad is great for sautéing about everything else and equally as good for old fashioned pork tenderloins and the like. We even have the All-Clad tajine and am getting hungry for a chicken & couscous.
We retired & recycled our cheap non-stick IKEA skillet and are going to Macy's today and finally get the All-Clad.
