Creamy Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
1/2 cup cold milk 1 pkg. (6-serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
(1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice) 1 cup canned pumpkin 2 1/2 cups cool whip,thawed
1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham pie crust.
Directions in large bowl beat milk, pudding mix & spice, with wisk for 1 min. (mixture will be very thick) Whisk in pumpkin. Stir in cool whip. Spread in crust.
Refrigerate 2 hours. Garnish with corn-candy pumpkins Happy Halloween! Cookie

Praline Sweet Potato Casserole for Fall
1 can (40 oz.) potatoes, drained, or 5 sweet potato's
1/3 cup granulated sugar 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs
Topping
3/4 cups packed brown sugar 1/4 cups pf pecans or walnuts, chopped
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preheat oven 350 Grease casserole dish (or you can even use your crock pot don't use -eggs then.) In bowl mash sweet potatoes stir in sugar margarine, vanilla, cinnamon,
salt and eggs spoon into Spoon into prepared casserole. Mix topping mixture, sprinkle on sweet potatoes.
Add marshmallows on top and sprinkle with cinnamon if you wish. cookie

Being in the south we eat lots of sweetpotatos. When I was a boy we had a wood stove. My Grandmother would fill the oven on that ol stove with an arm load of potatoes. She said the price and trouble was the same for an oven full, or just a few. They were snacks for us kids. We would take one, bite the end off squeeze the potato out of the skin like tooth paste. I really enjoyed those times. Thanks for another recipe. CF
