9"x5" Loaf Pan, well greased & floured
2 1/2 C All Purpose Flour
3/4 C Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 C Milk
1/3 C margarine, melted
2 C (8oz) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 100% natural
1 1/2 C Chopped and peeled Apples
3/4 C Chopped Nuts
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in medium bowl, set aside. In another bowl combine eggs, milk and margarine, mix well, add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in cheese, apples and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350F, 65-70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
