CHICKEN POMODORA
(FROM ZIO’S ITALIAN KITCHEN)
1 oz. olive oil
Dried crushed red pepper
1 t. garlic
4 oz. precooked Italian chicken
1 T. basil
2 oz. diced roma tomatoes
1 oz. white wine
Pre-cooked linguine
Sautee olive oil, pepper, garlic, chicken & basil until hot. Add tomatoes & deglazed pan with wine.
Serve over linguine noodles.
**Marinate chicken in Italian dressing before cooking for “Italian chicken”.
