I found this recipe on allrecipes and they were super easy to make, my son made most of the recipe. There is no softening of butter and they are made all in one pan. They are also virtually foolproof. Typically if you over mix brownies they will get cakey. Cakey brownies are not my favorite. Before I had a chance to tell him Collin over mixed the Hell out of them. Surprisingly, this was not an issue. They turned out wonderful! I think that they are the best home made brownies I have ever made!
They were at that perfect point somewhere right between cakey and fudgy. I also think that they would be wonderful frosted but I enjoyed them all on their own.
I will definitely make this recipe again. The only change that I would make is doubling the recipe and making in a bigger pan!
