Just a tip I picked up today. I love doing oven baked French fries. Mine were sticking to the baking sheet. And not getting crispy all over.
TIP: Line your cookie sheet with foil, but crinkle it up first. Then spray with cooking spray. place potatoes on baking sheet. The potatoes wont stick, and they will cook crisp on both sides. And you don't have to turn them. CF
