8 slices of bread, cubed
3 cups crabmeat (about 1 pound)
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Place 1/2 of cubed bread into a 3 quart baking dish. Gently mix crab, celery, onion, mayonnaise and pepper. Spread over the bread cubes. Place other half of cubed bread on top of the crab mixture.
Mix eggs and milk together and pour over top of dish. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Bake for 15 minutes at 325° F.. Then spoon soup over the top. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake one hour more or until golden brown.
