Try one of my recipe of White sauce, it is called
Creamy White Sauce:
Ingredients:
1. Water 3 liters.
2. Powder Milk 300 grams
3. Whipping cream 2 pack of 1 liter (total 2 liters)
4. Thyme 1 table spoon
5. Dried Basil 1 table spoon
6. Dried Oregano 2 table spoon
7. Garlic powder 3 table spoon
8. White pepper 1 table spoon
9. Chicken stock 6 cubes or 60 grams
Butter and flour mixture:
1. Oil (can be sunflower, palm, corn or olive) 1 cup or 200 ml.
2. Butter 300 grams
3. Flour 300 grams.
Procedure:
Butter and flour mixture:
1. Put oil in a pan and heat.
2. Add butter and melt it together with the oil.
3. Add flour and let it to dissolved in the oil and butter until all are even.
Creamy White sauce procedure:
1. Boil 3 liters of water into a container.
2. Add powder milk to the boiling water and dissolved until even.
3. Put 1 liter of whipping cream and let to boil.
4. Add 60 grams of chicken stock.
5. When the chicken stock has been dissolved evenly to the milk, put
the remaining ingredients.
6. Simmer until all ingredients are blended together with the milk.
7. Put butter and flour mixture slowly, mix it frequently until it becomes
sticky.
8. Put the remaining whipping cream to the white sauce so that, it will
become shiny white.
9. Transfer to a container and let to become cold and serve with your
favorite pasta.
