I saw the "Fake mashed potato" thread and a question popped in my mind.
If you need to mash some *real*
potato to make a casserole, and you need to boil the potato first, do you peel and cut the potato into small pieces BEFORE boiling it or you boil it whole and then peel it later?
Assume I DO NOT want any skin in my casserole dish ultimately.
