Ingredients
1-1/4 lbs. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 slices cooked turkey, about 2 oz each
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1-1/3 cups condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup unsalted butter, firm
1 cup buttermilk baking mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to temperature 400°F. Arrange broccoli in a greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese. Layer turkey slices on cheese. Combine milk, nutmeg and soup in a bowl. Spoon over turkey. Cut butter into baking mix and the remaining Parmesan cheese until crumbly. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes, until golden brown.
