Hi everyone - When I signed on to leave a trio of recipes this morning I had a note mentioning that I hadn't been heard from in several weeks and suggesting I speak up. Here I am, vacationed out and ready to post once again..........seriously, I was gone for nearly a month - went home to Cornwall to visit my family and then my sister and I spent several days in London, eating our way across the city and back. I tell you, folks, you really haven't eaten good British food anywhere else in the world then there!!
The weather was cool and generally drizzly and foggy - typical English weather. So glad to have missed a great deal of the humidity and heat here in the States but am mighty glad to be back, nonetheless. Vacations are lots of fun, but tiring...............................
