1/2 lb bulk italian sausage (italian sausage is the tweak)
1/2 lb precut coleslaw mix
1/2 C finely chopped green onion
2 Tbls vegetable oil
1 Tbl sesame oil
Saute all of the above ingredients together until crisp tender.
Add 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts and/or 1/2 C chopped celery with sausage if you like.
Add the following to the sausage mixture:
1/2 C chopped cooked shrimp
1 C chopped bean sprouts
1 Heaping fork minced garlic
1/4 C soy sauce
2 Tbls Hoisin sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 Tbls sugar
Simmer until liquid is gone.
Fill egg roll wrapper, roll and fry until golden brown.
