Bring a pint of water and 3/4 lb. sugar to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Rub 3/4 lb. ripe strawberries through a sieve; add juice of one lemon and one large orange in bowl. Strain sugar syrup into strawberry mixture; combine; freeze.
