The weather has been so nice around here this June, so I got a hankering for plain old grilled hamburgers. I love to grill, and by adding some hamburger seasonings, I make a delicious grilled hamburger that makes ones mouth water. Especially mine.
There's many things I do to make different burgers. Top the burger with warmed DAK ham and bbq sauce. Add some A-1. Chop up an onion finely, and mix it in with the meat along with some minced garlic and then form the burgers - this is much better then the Lipton Onion soup mix.
And don't forget to toast the buns on the grill before serving. That really adds to the final burger.
Oh, and toss out the American Cheese Fat, and use real Cheddar cheese slices.
I like my burger to be topped with LTM, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and onion. You could say it's almost a Dagwood burger.
