Has anyone worked with Liberty Rent?

Trying to find a rental approval service, and Liberty Rent popped up as an option. Some of these companies claim to help renters with less-than-perfect credit, but I want to know if the process is actually smooth. If you’ve applied through them, how was the experience? Did Liberty Rent customer service assist with any issues, or was it difficult to get answers about approvals and terms?

Went through Liberty Rent customer service when trying to get approved for an apartment, and the process was pretty straightforward. They explain everything upfront, but you have to make sure you understand the terms before moving forward. If you’re considering them, it’s a good idea to ask all your questions early on so you’re not caught off guard later.
