Here is 1 for all you chili lovers

"To The Moon" Chili
Yield: 6 Servings
1 lb beef,Ground
1 pk chili-o seasoning mix
1/2 c water
1 cn (14-1/2oz) whole tomatoes
-cut up
1 cn (16oz) kidney beans,drained
1 T cayenne pepper sauce
1 red pepper,chopped,
-optional
1 green onion,chopped,
-optional
1 cheddar cheese,Shredded
-optional
In a Dutch oven brown ground beef; drain. Stir in seasoning mix,
water, tomatoes, beans and cayenne pepper sauce. Bring to a boil;
reduce heat and simmer, cover, 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped red
pepper, green onion and cheese, if desired.
 
I like starting with chili-o seasoning mix when I begin a chili, this is a good cold day meal that I love it warms more than my tummy!!!:)

Also just for the record Chili is one of my favorite breakfasts m-m-m-m.
 
I love Chili if it is not hot with spices...and has to have no beans...I've never tried it for breakfast Cathy....lol..
 
Love Chili !!

This is definitely chili weather. I just made some chili the other day.

1 pkg. 1lb ground beef
1 seasoning pkg. for chili
1 T cumin
1 T chili powder
1 small onion chopped
1 small green sweet pepper chopped
1 can red kidney beans in sauce
1 can of rotel with chili's ( can of chopped tomatoes - HOT with Chili's in it!!)


In Big fry pan brown ground beef. add pkg of seasoning with 1/4 cup of water blend, onion and sweet pepper add : cumin, chili powder, add can of rotel (chopped tomatoes) stir in red kidney beans. Simmer for 15 min.

Grate Sharp Cheddar Cheese. serve on top with a doll drop of sour cream. Cookie :)
