INDIAN SUMMER CHICKEN
Chicken Breasts
½ c. Apricot preserves
½ t. Soy sauce
¼ t. Garlic salt
Preaheat oven to 350 F.
Mix preserves, soy sauce, & a dash of garlic in a shallow bowl. Generously coat the chicken & place on a baking sheet. Spoon some of the excess preserves onto the chicken before baking. Bake for approximately 1 hours ~ or until juices run clear.
