Individual Lemon Souffle'

Ingredients:

1 C sugar
2 Tbls flour
1 Tbls.butter - at room temperature
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbls. lemon zest
2 large eggs, separated
1 C milk at room temperature
6 strawberries
Whipped topping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl cream together the sugar, flour and butter. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest. Beat together the egg yolks and milk and pour into the sugar/flour mixture, stirring until well combined. In a separate bowl whip the egg whiters until stiff and fold whites gently and thoroughly into the batter. Divide batter evenly between 6 ramkins or custard cups. Put about 1 inch of hot water in large baking pan and place ramkins or custard cups in water. Place large pan with cups in water into oven and bake 30 to 45 minutes until souffle's are set and lightly golden brown on top. Cool to room temperature, then cover each with plastic wrap and chill. Garnish each with a dollop of whipped topping and 1 strawberry and serve. Delish!!!!:):)
