Is there a food that you are embarassed you eat?

I love Spam. However, now I'm on a restricted low sodium diet and the only spam I can have is the stuff you get on the internet  . My son loves Vienna Sausages and I'm afraid he got that from me.

AWWW!!! My mama said for the first few years of my life. LOL I refused to eat anything but vienna sausages and hot dogs.. It's a staple for southern babies.:D

I like vienna sausages with nacho cheese doritos. I do like the occasional jar of pickled ham hocks. Never cared for Spam.

Janie - You gotta fry that Spam. Only the Yankees try to eat it right out of the can. And if you wanna be High Class you put a piece of parsley on top.

Oh dear.
Spare ribs with or without sauce, chicken legs, spaghetti.

I never order these when I am eating out. I do not know how people can eat them in an elegant manner.

When I have ribs and sauce these are only eaten at home as I tend to wear what I eat.:D

Never mind how selective I am I still get far to much spaghetti on my fork and have a hell of job getting it to fit into my mouth.:D

Chicken legs say not more, I always look like a rabid dog, an embarrassment to me and all who are eating with me.:D

Spaghetti I have no trouble with, I just cut it up into tiny pieces. Ribs or BBQ chicken on the other hand should be eaten outside, next to the water hose with the fingers.

Hilarious, guys! :)

As a guy who lived in Alaska for 13 years- Spam is very popular both in Alaska and Hawaii because believe it or not there are still lotsa folks in both places who don't have electricty or proper refirgerators so anything shelf-stable is purty popular. In Alaska folks buy canned whole chickens, canned game (seal, moose, whale, musk ox, etc.) & and even canned watermelon and fiddlehead ferns to enjoy during those rugged cold winters!

I was rasied eating saltines & vienna sausages and still love'm to this day! Also- canned corned beef hash, jarred beef hot tamales, hamburger helper, canned chef boyardee products, etc. were always stocked in the pantry at a cabin in the woods I kept near Fairbanks- for when the fish weren't bitin'!

Gosh you got me to thinking I love CornBeef Hash, and Canned Tamales are so-o-o-o very delicious, I put cheddar and sour cream on my canned tamales!!!

Hot dogs. Chef Boyardee ravioli.

I like to dip my french fries in mayo. Everyone I know tells me that's gross.

Hey ButtahP!

I have never heard of this Cheese Curd Gravy, It sounds different, like maybe made with Cottage Cheese? If it is popular in Canada maybe one of our other new menbers can help us out that lives up that way (Nova Scotia I believe it is) and post the recipe???

I have tried Ranch dressing on fries and I love it! Also like Honey Mustard on mine. I do not eat alot of fries though too fattening:(

I love all dipping sauces on fries except Ketchup (unless that's it)... I do love a sauce I top my mini meat loaves!

Ketchup
Worcestershire Sauce
Dijon Mustard
Brown Sugar
Vinegar to cut the sweet!

I tend to drown things in hot sauce. What can I say...I'm love the spicy, but I've got to admit it's slightly embarrassing the quantity I use...
