What monthly Food Magazines do ya'll read and enjoy?

I must confess that I used to love them all... But last year I started seeing changes and trends that caused me to lose my interest in some of the more popular ones. Today, I rarely pick-up or glance through ANY of them. A couple even made SO many changes in such awful ways that they actually made me ANGRY and have LOST my loyalty forever!

Today I subscribe to only ONE mag that even includes food at all- and I still love what they do in their cooking section- so far they haven't seen a need to make any changes at all to "keep up with the times" and "appeal to the new, younger, gadget-saavy hipsters"... But I must admit that I sure miss the good ole days when I had a stack of'em an apple-high on my counter to read and enjoy every month.

Which are still YOUR favs, to read?

Kev - I know what you mean. some of the best mags are not worth reading anymore. Years ago you wanted each monthly magazine - they were so good. Now - I just glance at them and see there is nothing worth paying for.
I find this is true with many of the cookbooks out there as well.
glad I'm old with a ton of old books! LOL

Hah, I signed onto the Kraft recipe site about 3 years ago looking for a no bake quick cheese cake recipe that I had made using a recipe from the lid of a whipped topping container. Since that point in time I have been receiving their magazine. I find the magazine very funny due to the fact that every recipe in it has every Kraft product possible squeezed into it. If a normal recipe will call for milk, cream or butter, it seems that Kraft has found a way to substitute cream cheese or sour cream or Neufchatel cheese into the recipe. I guess that is what marketing is all about. Yes I read the magazine but as far as enjoying it goes, that's debatable. It is actually shocking at how many different products this company makes.
