Thanks rgcat. I have really enjoyed having a bunny again. Spike's mama bunny is due to have babies again around the 16-17 of March and I have first dibs on another blue eye white baby boy if she gets one this time. I think it would be the perfect little Easter gift for my nieces. They are both crazy about Spike. My sis said we could get them one as long as it is a regular fur bun and not a fuzzy like Spike. She doesnt want to have to do all of the extra grooming.
Since I dont spend as much time cooking now I think getting me the bunny was Jon's plan to start his diet lol.
Well Janie - YES - this is a cooking forum, and YES - we have a special chat forum to share what we want. There is no apology needed for posting about your adorable little guy and sharing with us all. We are family here - and we've been together for some time and will be for a long tim yet.
And we realize that you are not cooking much now - you don't want the little guy to panic about being the next meal! LOL
Just teasing - he's too cute and deserves nothing but love!
I told Jon I should have called the bunny Hoover for the way he sucks up food. Still not up to a whole pound yet though. I hope he stays smaller. Hollands should weigh 3 - 4 pounds. Im trying really hard to be good and not get him on the treats like I did with my last bunny but it is very very hard lol. My last bunny should have weighed 7 1/2 pounds max ... he weighed 13 pounds.
Spike had some green leaf lettuce today for the first time. He loved it.
I wont drive the forum crazy with tons of pics I promise. I was trying to get a decent one so you guys could see him and I did that I think. I am trying to get a video of Spike chasing the dog though. It is to funny.
