I made mine and Jon's turkey last night. Here is how it turned out :)

I started with a brined turkey then I used one stick of butter at room temp mixed with one packet of Knorr garlic and herb sauce mix. To that I added minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, rosemary, salt & pepper. Stuffed that under the skin of both breasts. I injected a little olive oil. I brushed on olive oil and sprinkled salt, pepper and roasted garlic and herb seasoning all over the bird. Inside the bird I put in fresh thyme, onion, garlic, fresh rosemary and parsley. I had the oven heating at 425 then when I put the bird in I kicked it back to 350. I used my instant read thermometer to tell when it was done. I basted and had the breast covered with a bit of foil to keep it from getting to brown.
It came out very moist and tender. Great flavor. Jon said it was the best yet. I also made that oyster dressing but I changed it a little. I softened a little garlic, onion and celery in olive oil with salt and pepper and added to my mix. I also put in two beaten eggs to make the dressing stick together better. Jon and I both thought it was the best dressing we had ever had.
The garlic cheese rolls were heaven. I had a little salad with mine.

I didnt make the mac and cheese yet because we were working on a computer. This time of the year extra $$ come in even handier and we couldnt afford to turn down the job.
It was nice to have our dinner before I have to get in on the big family one later this week.

I LOVE IT :) I have been just about dying to use it ~ It's so funny~ I love the penguin with the purse and the one with symbols ~ Imagine the shock of the polar bear hahahahaha
