I bet everyone had had this problem before, so how to make 'em burgers not break up anymore?!
1. Grab some fresh meat *Rule of thumb: don't bring minced meat, and please remove the fat aside!
2. after mincing them up in the "mincing machine", add whatever you like from spices!
3. add 2tsp garlic paste to the mix
4. add a bunch of freshly chopped Coriander
5. mix with hand! then remince in the "mincing machine"
6. grab a bit of meat and knead the dough for 1 minute with your hands
7. after placing the burgers above each other with grease-proof paper then put in fridge (not freezer!) for about an hour.
8. take the burgers out and they'll be ready for cooking! (bbq/grill/pan would work, but please note that whatever option you choose you have to heat up the surface to a "really hot" degree!)
9. turn burger every 30 seconds
10. after 10 minutes (about 20 turns) later and you'll notice that the burgers would be still "united"
11. put in buns and enjoy
edit: btw I learned this way from a youtube user which I can't quite remember who is she!
