Potatoe Casserole Recipe
- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cup corn flakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter
- Combine 1/2 cup softened butter, green onions, chicken soup, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese.
- Mix well with potatoes.
- Pour into 3-quart casserole or 9" x 13" dish.
- Cover with corn flakes mixed with butter. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.
