Olive Oil
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can undrained garbanzo beans
1 tbsp sofrito
1 pkg sazon (Goya) seasoning (with Coiander& Annatto)
1tsp Goya Adobo all purpose seasoning (with saffron)
1 tsp.Garlic powder
2 bay leaves
2 c. chicken broth
fresh ground pepper
place oil and rice into a large skillet that has a tight fitting lid, heat until warmed thru then add all other ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook until all water is absorbed.
Delicious!!!
