1 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 raw pie shell (8 inch)
Separate eggs. Mix pumpkin, spices, flour, sugar and egg yolks. Stir in milk. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Bake at 350° for one hour or until center no longer jiggles.
