Seafood Nachos:

16 Large Tortilla Chips
1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights
1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Louis Kemp Lobster Delights
1 Pkg. Frozen Salad Shrimp Or Fresh Baby Shrimp
1 Pkg. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Sliced Jalapenos To Taste-(Opt.)

Spread Tortilla Chips on 10-in. paper-lined plate.

Layer the Crab, Lobster and Shrimp over the Tortilla Chips.

Sprinkle Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese on top.

Put Sliced Jalapenos over cheese-(opt.)

Microwave on medium power 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted/or bake in oven.

Serve with Salsa or Picante Sauce.

Oh, I have some shrimp and crab in the freezer right now with some tortilla chips left over from a dip I made. This has definitely inspired me to make a tasty creation. I probably will not make it exactly this way but thanks for the inspiration.
