1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
3/4 cup butter
3 tbsp white sugar
Mix all ingredients together. Press into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1 large tub Cool Whip, divided
Beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup Cool Whip and icing sugar together. Spread over the cooled baked layer. Let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
2 (4 oz) pkgs instant chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
chocolate sprinkles/shavings (optional)
Mix the milk and pudding together; spread over the cream cheese layer. Let stand until set. Spread with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or sprinkles. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
