I actually found smoked cheddar cheese at a little shop here in town I go to get spices. They never had the smoked cheese before but the store was under new ownership. I love cheddar and the smoked is soo good. I will def be going back when this pound is gone. I got some deli corned beef and pastrami for sandwiches.
They also make fresh ricotta for $2.75 a pound. I got a pound of it and stopped by the store for some jumbo shells and frozen spinach. Im gonna make a filling and bake them tonigh using the ricotta after it cools down outside. Its 95+ here right now. I also picked up what I needed to make Mama's marinara at the store to use on the shells. I got a pack of frozen spinach to use in the filling to sneak a veggie in on Jon lol.
