Our air conditioner is busted. Better now than the middle of summer lol.
They are going to have to rip out the whole unit which is in my tiny laundry room right off my kitchen. They are starting the job Tuesday and it was going to take all day and maybe part of the next day. I was planning to start my brothers food on Tues
They have to pull out the washer to replace the ac and the only place for the thing to sit is in the kitchen blocking my stove.
Since my brother is getting his meal Wed and I always end up having to keep it in the fridge some before he gets it. I am thinking of getting up really early Tuesday morning and baking his turkey in the oven before they get here. I have a big indoor roaster outdoor smoker that I could warm and glaze his precooked ham in. I have never tried using the electric roaster so this would give me the chance to try it out I just dont want to ruin their dinner. I have read that they tend to not cook at the temp you set them for.
