This is one of my favorite dishes since it has vegetables and chicken, healthy ones. I hope you all like it.
Serves 3

Ingredients:
tablespoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons minced chili
180 grams chicken breast, minced
2 pieces long beans, cut to n 2-inch pieces
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 1/2 teaspoons oyster sauce
pinch of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
10 pieces fresh hot basil leaves (available in weekend markets; or use regular Thai basil)
1/4 cup deep-fried hot basil leaves
Procedure:
1 Place oil in a hot pan, then add the garlic and chili. Sauté until golden brown.
2 Add minced chicken and long beans. Pour in chicken stock and season with oyster sauce, pepper, soy sauces, and fresh hot basil. Stir-fry for a minute.
3 Transfer to serving plate. Top with deep-fried hot basil and serve with rice, fried egg, and Thai fish sauce.
