Vermont Red Flannel Hash

Ingredients:

2 C chopped, cooked corned beef
3 C diced cooked potatoes
1 1/2 diced, cooked beets
2 Tbls. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbls. bacon drippings

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the corned beef, potatoes, beets, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Heat the bacon drippings in a heavy skillet and spread the corned beef mixture over bottom of skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until underside of hash is browned. Turn and brown the other side.

Yield: four servings

A wonderful good morning starter on a crisp day.....or any day:D:D
