Took a box to my sister's yesterday and oh-the-battling that took place!

Young nephew wanted all the sprinkles- niece wanted the lemon-filled, sis wanted the nut-covered, Dad wanted the maple long john. Me? I was happy w/ the plain-jane buttermilk bar.

What's your fav donut from a boxed assortment?

I love bavarin cream filled long johns, peanut sticks with real peanut chunks, chocolate glazed, strawberry filled with confectioners' sugar, lemon filled with confectioners' sugar, and apple filled smothered in sugar and cinnamon - and I'll take 2 of these, 1 o those, 2 of this kind, LOL.......

Chocolate covered, plain, jelly filled, cake donuts..............I think I like them all.

Actually my first job as a kid was in a dunkin donuts. I was a fryer's helper, and I finished the donuts. For a while I wouldn't even look at a donut after working there, but I got better

ny friend worked at DD - filling donuts - she would pump the filling in 3 times - OMG - each donut weighted a ton - actually it was a turnoff - all filling - but ifyou ordered a dozen donuts you neededhelp carring them out! they were that heavy!
