What's the BEST thing you do with Blueberries?

Do ya'll have "Aldi's" grocery stores in your necks of the woods? Mine has had beautifui plump blueberries for 99-cents a pint.

Last week I picked-up and few pints and had been eating them on everything from yogurt and oatmeal to salads.

I went again and got 3 flats for a total of 36 pints! Obviously I plan to freeze many for use throughout the year.

I have made 4 crumb-top cobblers... 1 xtra-large one that I brought-in to work tonight w/ a gallon of ice-cream to share w/ co-workers, and 3 in pie plates that I delivered to Mom, Dad and sis.

One of my fav pretty salmon preparations is a whole grilled, poached or baked side of summer king drizzled w/ mornay sauce and scattered w/ crumbled gorgonzola, fat blueberries and toasted almonds.

A dear friend recently shared a recipe for a cream cheese/raspberry coffee-cake baked in a spring-form pan and I plan to make it w/ some blueberries added...

Where do blueberries fit into your kitchen?

Right in my tummy!

Jams, jellies, pancakes, waffles, muffins, biscuits, in cereals, cookies, ice cream, make sauces, in pies, in cakes - can't get enough of them.

Kevin, wishing I worked in your place. You are might good to your co-workers.
We raise blueberries, harvest about 10,000 pounds each year.
I love them frozen on dry cereal with milk, its like little blueberry ice cubes. Makes your milk super cold. They are also a great snack on a hot day. CF:)

Forgot to tell you I am making a cobbler today. Blueberry, raspberry and blackberry combo. Just because that is what I have on hand. We eat lots of fruit. CF:)
