This set of 6 Individual Packets of Adolph's Tenderizer Original Blend of herbs and spices gives beef, pork, lamb or game a delicious gourmet taste in just 15 minutes! Adolph's Meat Marinade contains bromelain, an all natural enzyme obtained from pineapple, to break down tough proteins in meats, resulting in a tender meal.

Ingredients: Salt, maltodextrin, modified corn starch, sugar, spices (including paprika and black pepper), caramel color, onion, garlic, natural flavors (including autolyzed yeast extract, beef extract, beef tallow), citric acid, bromelain (from pineapple).

Directions for using Adolph's Marinade in Minutes Original Blend

• 2/3 cup cool water
• 1 to 2 1/2 pounds beef, pork, lamb or game

1. Using a fork or wire whisk, thoroughly combine Adolph's Marinade in Minutes Original dry mix with water.  Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade.
2. Place meat in remaining marinade and pierce deeply with fork.
3. Marinate 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
4. Remove meat from marinade.  Discard used marinade; do not reuse.
5. Grill, broil, bake or pan fry meat, brushing with reserved marinade, until thoroughly cooked.

Variation: Prepare with a lower sodium beef broth instead of water.
