- Cut raw peeled potatoes in the shape of large almonds, then parboil them in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain potatoes in a collendar.
- Meahwhile, sautee onions in butter until soft and translucent.
- Saute the potatoes in butter until they are golden and soft, and mix them gently with sauteed chopped onions.
- Serve with a generous sprinkling of parsley flakes.
