Recipe: Angel Food Cake

* 2 cups cake flour equals 4 tbsp cornstarch and 1 1/2 cups flour.

Ice Cream Frosting:
  1. Sift together the cake flour and sugar. Set aside.
  2. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, salt, vanilla, and almond extract to form peaks.
  3. Add 1 1/3 cups sugar. Beat to fold in sugar.
  4. Fold flour mixture and sugar mixture in with wire whip.
  5. Bake at 375° F for 40 minutes.
  6. Frost with Ice Cream Frosting.

Ice Cream Frosting:
  1. Mix all ingredients, adding egg white last and beat. Spread on cake.
