Recipe: Angel Hair Pasta Salad

• 1 pound Angel Hair pasta, broken into pieces
• 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
• 1 cup celery, chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Dressing

• 8 oz bottle creamy Italian dressing
• 2 tsp prepared mustard
• Sea Salt
• White Pepper
• 2 tbsp sugar

1. Cook pasta al dente. Rinse well.
2. Mix tomato, celery, onion, green pepper and Parmesan cheese together in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta.
3. In a small bowl combine the Italian dressing with mustard, dash of Sea Salt, dash of White Pepper, and sugar. Mix together well.
4. Pour mixed dressing over top of pasta and mix together. Cover, place in refrigerator, and marinate overnight.
