- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 (Eagle Brand) can water
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 9 inch pie shell
- cinnamon
- In large bowl, mix eggs with condensed milk and 1/2 can water.
- Add pie filling and pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
- Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until mixture doesn't adhere to knife.
- Any extra misture can be put into custard cups to bake.
