1 (8oz) package cream cheese
1 jar caramel butterscotch sauce
chopped dry roasted peanuts
apples, cut into wedges (Granny Smith are best)
Soften cream cheese. Whip softened cream cheese with half jar of caramel butterscotch sauce. Spread mixture in flat serving dish. Pour other half jar of caramel butterscotch sauce over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle chopped dry roasted peanuts over top of mixture. Serve with cut up apple wedges, arranged around the outside of serving dish.
