Recipe: Artichoke and Asiago Dip

Ingredients in Artichoke and Asiago Dip
- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened, cut into cubes
- 1 cup mayonnaise (do not use reduced fat)
- 1 cup sour cream (do nt use reduced fat)
- 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
To Make Artichoke and Asiago Dip
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Asiago cheese, artichoke hearts, garlic, dill weed and salt in a food processor.
- Process for 1-2 minutes until blended.
- Spoon into an oiled baking dish.
- Bake at 375° for 45-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Serve with Crispy Pita Chips.
