Baked Tofu Recipe

• 2 blocks tofu, mashed
• 3/4 to 1 cup quick oats
• 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
• 1 cup bean sprouts
• 1 cup carrots, grated
• 1 small can mushroom, stems and pieces
• 2 to 4 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 2 teaspoons ginger juice
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

1. Squeeze excess liquid from tofu, using double-thickness cheese cloth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Place in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° F for 35 minutes.
