Preheat oven to 350° F. Soak beans 2 hours, and then boil slowly till tender. Try to keep beans whole. Gently mix in other ingredients, and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. FOR A LARGE GROUP: Use ; 2 lbs. dry beans, 1 quart sourcream, 1 1/2 lbs brown sugar, 1/2 lb bacon, 2 tbsps dry mustard, and 1 1/2 tbsps salt.
