6 pork chops
1 cup unbleached flour
2 cups prepared brown gravy
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1. Preheat over to 300 degrees.
2. Coat pork chops by dredging in flour.
3. Place chops in casserole.
4. Add Parmesan cheese to Brown Gravy. Stir well.
5. Pour Brown Gravy mixture over top of pork chops.
6. Bake 45 minutes.
